Hawzah News Agency- with the efforts of Pakistan's Ummah Al-Mustafa, on the occasion of World Quds Day, a march and protest demonstration was held in Lahore, in which clerics of different schools and a large number of people participated on Friday, April 5.

The participants held banners and placards in support of Palestine and chanted anti-American and anti-Israel slogans.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Seyyed Javad Naqvi, the director of Urwa al-Wuthqa seminary, said in this rally, “Late Imam Khomeini (RA) described the usurper and illegal Zionist regime as a dagger in the hearts of Muslims. Quds Day provides the best means for the unity and solidarity of Muslims.”

He said,” The main policy of the Global arrogance and Zionism is to blur the Palestinian issue and destroy it in the public mind so that this important issue is forgotten. The fact is that the issue of Palestine is not an issue to be forgotten, even though The US and other imperialist governments try to do so with money and power.”

Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Javad Naqvi further noted,” The crimes of the Zionist regime including genocide, massacres and attacks on women, children, patients and hospitals are unprecedented in modern history, and even in Europe and America, people are protesting against these crimes.”

Referring to Israel's failure in the intelligence and military sector, he stated,” Despite all the military, financial and political support of the United States to the Zionists, including the veto of United Nations resolutions, the Zionists could not achieve even one of their declared goals. In fact, the brutality of the Zionists and the killing of innocent children and women is the result of the Zionists' helplessness in front of the mujahideen of the resistance forces, and surely the defeat of the Zionist regime is certain.”
